Transportation Notes should be faxed to 706-675-0999 or emailed to es-busnote@heard.k12.ga.us and must be received by the school prior to 2:00 PM. PLEASE do not send transportation notes to any other email address as they may not be received in time or forwarded to the school receptionist. Transportation changes cannot be accepted over the phone. Early check-out is over at 2:15. Directions to the School: Please call the school for directions. GPS systems and services like Mapquest, GoogleMaps, etc. do not always show our location correctly.

SACS SURVEY Next Fall in October, Heard County Elementary School will be going through our re-accreditation process with SACS (Southern Association of Colleges and Schools). We have to do this every 5 years. Part of the process is asking for input regarding our school from faculty, staff, students, and parents. The survey must now be done online, as so many things now are. We need at least 25% of our parents to complete this survey online for this process. We would appreciate your assistance and input as we put together our information and school improvement plan to prepare for this SACS visit in the Fall.
