The Heard County Speech Department employs three Speech Language Pathologists.

Kim Cummings has been employed with Heard County Schools since 1994.  Kim attended Southern Union State Community College where she obtained an Associate of Arts degree.  She received her undergraduate and Master’s degrees at Auburn University.  Kim is currently the speech language pathologist for Heard Elementary School and Ephesus Elementary School.

Jessica Finch began her career as a speech language pathologist for Heard Elementary School, Heard Middle School and Heard High School in 2001.  She attended the University of Georgia and later transferred to the University of West Georgia where she obtained both her undergraduate and Master’s degrees. 

Angela Wiggins is the speech language pathologist for Heard Elementary and Centralhatchee Elementary Schools.  She received her undergraduate degree from Auburn University and her Master’s degree from the University of Georgia.  Angela has a Specialist degree in Special Education Leadership from the State University of West Georgia.  She has been employeed with the Heard County School System since 1994.  Angela was recently selected as Teacher of Year for 2006 at Centrahatchee Elementary.
